"The Real Story On Gaining
Muscle And Losing Body Fat "

Dear Friend,

Here's a question I got recently for one of my subscribers:

QUESTION: "I am looking at changing my training routine to the one provided by your Journal (hardgainers exercise), the one that starts with 1 set of 20 rep squats. I am sure I will be thanking you in 2 months and will keep u posted on my progress. I have desperately looked at lots and lots of training methods and supplements (not steroids) to change my body and although I have benefited, it has been only slightly.

Just a quick question - I am trying to eliminate stored fat on my lower stomach as my mid abs show very well. I have engaged in 30 to 45 minute cardio sessions every morning and weights in the evening (burning 600 calories on cardio sessions!) and eating well (6 meal times protein & carbs). I have done this for about a month and have noticed alot of difference in the rest of my body (cuts etc) but only a small difference on lower stomach. Any possible advice to rid this stored fat?"

ANSWER: If you want to gain muscle you'll need to drastically reduce (or stop entirely) doing cardio.

In fact, if you're a hard gainer and are going to do the 20 rep squat routine in the book, cardio is a bad idea. It will kill your muscle gains.

It's really hard (if not impossible for most people) to gain muscle and lose body fat at the same time. You need to focus on one or the other.

Why don't you do the routine for gaining muscle in the book? That combined with a diet with a lot of good food, protein and Hyper Gain will allow you to gain muscle pretty quickly.

After you've gained some solid body weight THEN you can follow the fat burning plan in the book and lose that abdominal fat.

Just my 2 cents!

Train hard,
Rick Gray

P.S. The training program he is referring to is the one I give away FREE at http://www.anabolicsecrets.com/asdownload.htm. It totally kicks ass for gaining muscle. Why don't you download it and give it an honest try?
